What we collect
This is an informational website with no contact forms and no registration. Personal data is processed only in two cases:
- Server logs — our hosting automatically records the IP address, date/time and browser type, for security and correct operation of the site.
- E-mail contact — if you write to us, we process your address and message solely to answer your enquiry.
No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and no tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to any third party (including Google).
Legal basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest (site security and communication with interested parties), in line with the Serbian Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Retention
Server logs are kept briefly, per our hosting provider's practice. E-mails are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for business correspondence.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and the right to object. Send requests to office@garman.rs.
Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. EU visitors may also contact their national supervisory authority.
